This policy explains what information The Ammari Group collects through theammarigroup.com and how we use it. The website serves Ammari Auto Center, Monty’s Transport, Mike’s Towing, Ammari Towing and Ammari Towing Cleveland (“we,” “us”).
Information we collect
- Information you send us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), vehicle details, pickup and drop-off locations, notes, and, for job applications, the position, license class and experience you choose.
- Your location, only if you choose to share it: when you tap “Send my location” or “Use my location” and allow it on your device, we receive your GPS coordinates and their accuracy. We never collect your location in the background.
- Basic technical information: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type. We use the IP address to block spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
- To dispatch a driver, contact you about your request, and give you an arrival time.
- To route your request to the station that serves your location.
- To review job applications.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse, and to keep business records.
Text messages
We do not send marketing text messages. When you share your location, we send it by text message or email to our own dispatch team so a driver can reach you. Dispatch may call or text the number you provide about your service request.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run this website and deliver our messages (website hosting, email delivery and text message delivery), only to provide those services to us.
- If your service is requested through AAA, information about that call is also handled under AAA’s own privacy policy.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of our customers, drivers or the public.
How long we keep it
We keep request and location information as long as needed to complete your service and to keep normal business records, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing or calling us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
